Guys! I have been struggling with the winged eyeliner FOREVER. I finally found a fool proof way to get my wings looking right! All you need is:
-Black eyeshadow
-Any eye makeup brush
-Washi Tape (or any other type of tape)
-Eyeliner (I like liquid)
Take the Washi Tape and apply to you eyes in the shape that you want your wings. (Trick: I like to put the tape on my hand first to take some of the tack away, you don’t want this to tug on your skin.)
Next take the black eyeshadow and fill in the spaces between the tape. Now all you have to do is remove the washi tape and follow the powder with your desired eyeliner!
