6 Christian Books To Read This Summer – 2017

Hello Loves,
There is something about the summer that makes me want to read more. It could be that I typically have a summer vacation from school reach gave me tons of free time. Now that I have a full-time job I have to be more intentional in my reading time. No worries from me through I always find time for a good book.
 Summer Reading List 2017:
1. Purpose Driven Life by Rick Warren– I am only on Day Four and I feel shifts in my thinking. This is a 40-day challenge to help you live a Purpose Driven Life. Read the first day on the Amazon page and see how you feel. This is one of those books that comes to the right moment in your life. So if you are facing some big decisions in your life, this is a great guide.
2.  The Fixer Upper by Chip and Jo– I’ve already started this one and I love it. I’m trying not to read it too fast because I don’t want it to end. Also if anyone knows where I can watch the show without cable please let me know. I swear it was on Netflix but I think they removed it.
3. UninvitedI actually gifted this to my friend Jade when I went to visit her in New York. We are reading it together so that will be some amazing girl time.
4.  The Best Yes My mom got me a bunch of book for Christmas, actually she got me most of these books for Christmas. When she was in the store she also saw the Bible study goes with the book so she purchased that for me as well. I’ve already started reading it and I’m excited to dig deeper.


5. The Circle Marker by Mark Batterson– I go to a weekly Bible study and every time we meet the group talks about this book. It’s all about learning how to prayer bold specific prayers. My relationship with God is the most important thing in the world to me. In order to build a relationship with anyone, you have to talk to them. Talking to God = Prayer. Click To Tweet


6. Women of the Word by Jen Wilkin- The title of this book made me want to read it. I believe I saw it on a Christian account I follow. I can’t really remember but this is on of those “oo that looks good” type of books.
